Patrons of Sacred Music Membership Form The Patrons of Sacred Music assists the Music Program at St. John Cantius, sponsoring our world-renowned choirs and orchestras, and increasing awareness of the Church’s patrimony of sacred music. Patrons support the program with their annual gifts, beginning at $500.00, while inspiring others to join in the mission to “restore the sacred” themselves by becoming a Patron. Each year, the members of the Patrons of Sacred music are invited to an annual dinner and recital of sacred music, and a preview of our upcoming music program. Additionally, each Patron, plus two guests, are offered reserved seating at the annual Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, each Advent. Annual support of $500.00, or more if you choose, is payable online through the completion of this form or via check payable to: Patrons of Sacred Music 1025 W Fry St. Chicago, IL 60642 Your membership donation is due no later than May 1st each year.
